Reflection - Enhance your Body, Performance, and Life

"One of the greatest moments in anybody's developing experience is when he no longer tries to hide from himself but determines to get acquainted with himself as he really is"
Norman Vincent Peale: Quotes on Reflection

In my last blog I ended with take the opportunity to begin to reflect on yourself and what you "Enjoy" doing. Take action, get out of the stands and into the field, play the game. With what you enjoy you can Read books, read blogs, read articles, have discussions with those currently doing what you want to do, watch, listen, read biographies of individuals successful in what you want to pursue or hire someone to guide you on your journey.

Daily, Nick Rosencutter lives and breathes his passion and that is living your passion. I have worked with personal trainers before and up until now I never knew what I was missing out on. However now that I know what I didn’t know I should ask those other trainers for my money back. "JK- Maybe"

Throughout my professional life I have indulged in many different books, media, presentations, and events where I have learned so much. One of the key items I have learned is that it is critical that you are obtaining advice/guidance from those that have actually performed/experienced what information they are delivering.

Think Differently About Your Career:

“Passions are irresistible, if you’re paying attention to your life at all, the things you are passionate about won’t leave you alone. They’re the ideas, hopes and possibilities your mind naturally gravitates to, the things you would focus your time and attention on for no other reason than that doing them feels right".
